I called Honest Air Conditioning And Plumbing LLC. when my tenant called, saying that the thermostat (nest) was reading that there was a wiring issue. The unit was not running on day 3 of some of the hottest days yet. The technician, Daniel, arrived on time and was able to "fix" the issue in under 5 minutes (Secured the blower motor door on the unit. System kicked on immediately. Only here for less than 5 min.- per invoice). Didn't charge me a dime. Their name says it all. Truly honest business. Thank you so much! Rick Riker came to our home on Friday for a winter check on our system. We had a falling out with our previous AC company and were recommended to go with Honest Plumbing & Air. Rick was GREAT!! He walked me through everything he was checking and discussed some things me might want to do in the near future. He also could be the ONLY AC person that has come out and didn't try to push us into redoing the insulation in the attic!! Huge plus in my book! Someone who isn't just trying to take your $! He was really nice and sweet to my kids. Very much looking forward to working with this company for years to come!!

Really enjoyed having Randy out. He was very thorough and found the issues I thought might be there. Friendly guy and an absolute pleasure to diagnose the system. He got it running but we may be replacing soon anyway. Good job!!

Above everything else, this place had quick and friendly service. My AC had been leaking water over the weekend, and I had called about 7 other places that either didn't pick up, or couldn't get a technician out to me until the weekday. When I called a friendly person got me set up with a dispatcher and set a time. Normally with things like this (i.e. cable, plumbing, etc.) they give you a 4 hour range and will show up at the end, but my technician (Randy) actually was able to meet early, and had even offered to meet a day early if I wanted. The service was efficient, identified why the leak was happening and I was up and running again in just an hour or so. The whole time Randy was great at explaining things in laymen's terms, and was transparent about everything. I definitely felt that he had my best interest in mind.

After having no AC for about 15 hours (outside fan was not turning) and a frustrating experience with another AC company, I found Honest Plumbing & Air due to the great Yelp reviews. Not only did they work with my complicated schedule to get me prompt service the office staff helped talk me down when I melted down on the phone as a result of a very difficult and hot morning. The technician showed up near the early edge of the service window, and Honest specifically selected someone who worked extra quickly and efficiently since I needed to get to work. On top of the wonderful service their rates are incredibly reasonable, and I spent less with them than I did for the original repair a month ago. I know who I'll be using the next time I need AC service!

Other companies have come out and seen the problem and they only wanted to install new unit. Well Floyd knew my situation and wanted to help! He set the right expectation from start to finish. I needed to replace my entire central a/c system. I shopped around for best deals and had several bids placed. Honest Plumbing & Air did it for the lowest cost with a great brand name (Lennox). Floyd the owner is courteous, friendly and actually honest. He will give you a good deal and stay within your budget. Honest about costs, not trying to up-sale you when he gets there. The work was completed professionally and quickly. I would recommend him to anyone in need of heat and air conditioning services.

They live up to their name. My mom's AC hasn't been cooling and only putting out very little cool air. Her house was 86 today and last month's bill was outrageous. I called on Monday and they were able to schedule her in one day later. Michael called to let me know he was on his way. He was very pleasant. He crawled around in the attic for about 30min and said her air intake was clogged. He cleaned it out and only charged us $59 diagnostic fee. The AC is cooling and after 1 hour it's already down to 80. I cannot say enough nice things about this company. They were affordable, reliable, honest, and true to their word. I will not even think twice about using them and will tell all my friends and family what a great job they do.

So as a new home owner, the previous installed A/C components were installed incompatible with each other and no lanes to track down service company. I was forced to call Honest. Direct and to the point they pulled the band-aide off quickly, so quick I got another quote, but Honest was right, direct to the point, and even more competitive in their pricing. Terry was as honest as the brand name. The two different gents who came to do the install were extremely polite and very professional. Showed what was done, how to maintain. Explained warranty limits and terms and left me with not questions. The office staff was also amazing and worked with us on a tight schedule during a 104 heat wave while we got finances in order and I was floored by their caring support. We will use Honest A/C going forward and would recommend to all.
